4 Fitness Partner Matching

Mate2Train connects users with fitness partners for various sports and activities. However, we are not responsible for the conduct of users or the accuracy of their profiles. All interactions with partners are at your own risk.

5 Content Ownership

The App and its content are owned by Mate2Train and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

6 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

7 Limitation of Liability

Mate2Train is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of the App. The App is provided “as is,” and we make no warranties regarding its functionality.
